Information Systems

The Department of Information Systems (IS) offers a variety of academic programs and certificates for undergraduate and graduate students, including B.A. in Business Technology Administration and Information Systems, M.S. in information systems (also online) and Human-Centered Computing; and Ph.D. in Information Systems and Human-Centered Computing and master’s degrees in Information Systems and Human-Centered Computing. The IS Department also hosts the Master’s in Professional Studies (M.P.S.) in Health Information Technology. IS research is focused in artificial intelligence / knowledge management, database/data mining, health information technology, human-centered computing, software engineering, and other areas.
